About the retreat 🛖
Located 9 km from Alto Paraíso, the central city of Chapada dos Veadeiros, our home for this retreats sits on top of an ancient plateau, estimated to be 1.8 billion years old. With over 300 cataloged waterfalls, they are in the cradle of waters, allowing us to bathe and hydrate in the purest and most crystalline waters.

Meet Nihan
In additional to being one of your friend & host on this retreat, Nihan will be facilitating yin yoga sessions, offering group reiki sessions, group crystal healing sessions, mala and mandala workshops.
Originally from Turkey, Nihan has been a digital nomad for 2.5 years now. She works in tech, is a yin yoga instructor, reiki energy worker and @icinbilir is her project where she brings crystals & energy work together in form of Malas & bracelets. Her mantra is “I am joy, I am love” because she wants to generate & manifest joy & love energy in her life. Nihan believes that "loving, caring, sharing"are the highest values of life. And cant wait to share this experience with all of you!

Getting there 🚌
1. Fly to Brasília
International Flights: If you are coming from outside Brazil, book a flight to Brasília International Airport (BSB), which is the closest major airport to Alto Paraíso.
Domestic Flights: If you are already in Brazil, you can book a domestic flight to Brasília from most major Brazilian cities.
2. Travel from Brasília to Alto Paraíso
Once you arrive in Brasília, you have a few options to get to Alto Paraíso, which is approximately 230 kilometers (about 143 miles) away:
By Car
Rent a Car: Renting a car is a popular option for travelers as it offers the most flexibility. Several car rental companies operate at Brasília International Airport.
Driving Route: The drive from Brasília to Alto Paraíso takes about 3-4 hours. You will take BR-020 north out of Brasília, then switch to GO-118 which leads directly to Alto Paraíso. The roads are generally in good condition and well-marked.
By Bus
Bus Services: There are bus services that run from Brasília to Alto Paraíso. Buses are less frequent, so you will need to check the schedule in advance.
Bus Companies: Companies like Viação Real Expresso and Viação Santo Antônio offer bus services to Alto Paraíso. You can purchase tickets at the Brasília bus terminal (Rodoviária Interestadual de Brasília) or online.
Duration: The bus journey usually takes around 4-5 hours.
By Private Transfer or Shuttle
Private Transfer: We can help you arrange for a private transfer service from Brasília to Alto Paraíso. This option is more expensive but offers comfort and convenience. An alternative would be to team up with other retreat participants and split the cost of the transfer!
